  • 70 g powdered suar
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 210 g flour
  • 120 g nouat

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter with powdered sugar. Mix the flour, starch and vanilla sugar and stir into the butter and powdered sugar mixture. Now add the egg. Pour the mixture into a piping bag (star nozzle) and squirt 10 triangles (side length 10 cm) onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and let the triangles cool down.
