Ingredients

  • 3 apples, (Boskoop)
  • 150 g blueberries, (fresh or frozen - defrosted !!)
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 60 g suar, brown
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 g almond (s), chopped

Instructions

  1. For 4 ovenproof casserole dishes
  2. Wash, peel, quarter and core the apples and cut into fine slices.
  3. Heat 30 g butter in a non-stick pan and sauté the apple slices briefly. Don`t let it get too soft! Pour 100 ml orange juice and simmer with the apples for about 8 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix 80 g of soft butter with sugar, a pinch of salt and cinnamon with a dough hook for the crumble and knead in about 100 g of flour until the crumble is formed (I knead the flour with my hands). If you want, you can knead up to 50 g of chopped almonds into the crumble.
  5. Add the vanilla sugar and the (thawed) blueberries to the apples and stir in briefly. Pour this mixture and the brew into 4 ovenproof molds or cups. Spread the streusel on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (convection: 180 ° C) for 30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool down a little and serve warm.
