Ingredients

  • 0.5 kg ½ chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 large onion (s), diced
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 250 g mushrooms, cut into leaves
  • some soy sauce
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche
  • some oil, (peanut oil)
  • 2 piece (s) banana (s)
  • 50 g peanuts, chopped
  • some garam masala
  • Chilli sauce, sweet
  • Chili powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and season with salt. Roast in a little peanut oil until golden brown, then add the bacon and onion cubes and roast too.
  2. Deglaze with a little soy sauce, the cream and the creme fraiche and let it simmer.
  3. Briefly toast the leafy mushrooms in their own pan with a little oil. Add the mushrooms to the meat. Season the whole thing with a little chili powder, garam masala and the sweet chili sauce. Put everything in a baking dish and put the 2 thinly sliced bananas on top. The whole thing is then placed in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. After 10 minutes of baking time, add the chopped peanuts on top.
  4. We also have basmati rice.
