Ingredients

  • g 1,250 berries, frozen forest berries (thawed)
  • 500 ml wine, (fruit wine, variety according to taste)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar, organic bourbon
  • 0.5 ½ pack mulled wine quick (alternatively mulled wine spice)
  • g 1,000 preservin suar for berry jam and jelly 2: 1 or 1000 normal preservin suar 2: 1
  • 4 tablespoon Crème de Cassis (or another suitable fruit liqueur / fruit schnapps)

Instructions

  1. Let the wild berries thaw. In a pot with the fruit wine (variety depending on your taste: blueberry, cherry, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry or currant wine), 2 packets of organic bourbon vanilla sugar, 1 ½ packets of mulled wine Quick (depending on your taste, with the mulled wine taste is subtle) and mix with the preserving sugar.
  2. Bring everything to a boil, let it simmer for 3 minutes, stir from time to time. Remove from heat, add 4 - 6 tablespoons of creme de cassis (or something similar) and stir.
  3. Immediately fill twist off glasses, close and place on the lid (approx. 20 minutes)
