Ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries, weighed cleaned, mashed with a fork
- 500 g raspberries, carefully weihed
- 500 g currant puree (in my recipes)
- 2 kg preserving sugar

- Put everything together in a large saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Let it boil until the gelling test is successful (approx. 5 min.).
- Pour into the prepared jars and close them immediately. Let the glasses cool upside down for the first 10 minutes.
