  • 10 g mushrooms, (forest), boletus, dried
  • 200 g potato (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 20 g butter, or mararine
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 200 g cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and potatoes and sauté in the fat. Top up with broth, add the dried mushrooms and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the fresh or thawed mushrooms and continue cooking on a low flame for about 20 minutes. Add the cream and season with salt and pepper.
