Ingredients
- 200 g spelled, coarsely round
- Apple juice or water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 200 ml cream
- Fruits, fresh (your choice and season), cut into small pieces
- 25 g flaked almonds
- 25 g sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon

- In the evening, put the freshly ground spelled in a bowl and add enough apple juice or water to cover the spelled. Close the bowl and let it soak overnight at room temperature.
- In the morning add the chopped fruit and all other ingredients to the spelled and mix everything together.
