Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken liver (s) (alternatively turkey liver)
  • 3 onion (s), cut into rings
  • some flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the livers, pat dry and turn them in the flour. Heat oil in a pan and briefly sear the liver, add the onions and do not season everything too sparingly. Fry for about 10 minutes on a low heat, possibly deglaze with a little water.
  2. This goes well with mashed potatoes or baguette with garlic butter.
