  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla (extract)
  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g suar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cut the baguette diagonally into 2 cm thick slices. Beat the eggs in a bowl, then stir in the milk and vanilla extract. Melt the butter in a pan. Mix the sugar, ground cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl. Dip the bread in the egg milk and fry in the butter until both sides are golden brown and crispy. Place on paper towel, then immediately twist in the sugar mixture. If necessary, add more butter to the pan.
