- Cut into small slices of bread and fry it on three sides in vegetable oil until crispy. Put the fried bread on a plate.
- Pour a small amount of oil into the pan, and send the eggs to fry in the pan, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle eggs with chopped herbs and put fried bread on top of the eggs. Cover the pan with a lid and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
- Breakfast is ready. When serving, garnish with sauce (ketchup) and herbs. Bon Appetit!
