Fried Eggs with Croutons

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 6 pcs.
  • White bread – 2 pieces
  • Greens to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Ketchup – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut into small slices of bread and fry it on three sides in vegetable oil until crispy. Put the fried bread on a plate.
  2. Pour a small amount of oil into the pan, and send the eggs to fry in the pan, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Sprinkle eggs with chopped herbs and put fried bread on top of the eggs. Cover the pan with a lid and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Breakfast is ready. When serving, garnish with sauce (ketchup) and herbs. Bon Appetit!
