Is there a person who doesn’t like fried fish with a crispy crust? Throw a tomato at it!) Or better with a package of oatmeal, attaching, of course, this recipe! Dip the fish fillets in flour, dip in an egg, sprinkle with oatmeal – and in a frying pan. It is impossible not to fall in love with such a juicy fish from the first bite! And the crust is crisp than ever!

Ingredients
Hake fillet (or pollock, or cod) – 250 g
Instant oat flakes – 50 g
Flour – 100 g (4 tablespoons)
Egg С0 – 1 pc.
Butter – 20 g
Salt – 2 pinches
Ground black or white pepper – 2 pinches
Seasoning for fish – 0.5 tbsp
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
Lettuce leaves (for serving) – 3-5 pcs.
Directions
Pour the flour onto a flat plate. Add 2/3 of the fish seasoning, a pinch of salt and pepper each.
Beat the egg with a fork in a deep plate.
Sprinkle the fish fillet with the remaining fish seasoning, salt, and pepper on both sides.
Dip the fish in flour.
Dip in an egg.
Sprinkle with oatmeal on both sides.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add butter. Put the fish fillet in oatmeal breading in the heated oil, press it with a spatula to the pan. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on one side.
Turn over, reduce the fire to a minimum, and fry the fish for another 10 minutes.
Transfer the fried fish in oatmeal bread to a plate with lettuce and serve.
If desired, the fish can be supplemented with lemon and white sauce. As a side dish, we choose dishes from potatoes, vegetable stews, buckwheat, rice, legumes, etc.
