Fried Rice with Soy Sauce

I will show you a dish that can safely be not only a side dish, but also the main hot one. When you don’t know what to make fast and tasty for lunch or dinner, try repeating this recipe in your kitchen.

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Boiled rice – 2 Glasses
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Green onions – 5-6 Pieces (feathers)
  • Garlic – 3-5 Cloves
  • Soy sauce – 3-4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Chili paste – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Chop the garlic and green onions.
  2. Beat an egg a little.
  3. Pour half the butter and egg into the skillet.
  4. Fry, stir and remove temporarily from the pan.
  5. Add a little more oil and put onion and garlic.
  6. Cook for a couple of minutes and add the rice.
  7. Put the egg there.
  8. Pour in the soy sauce.
  9. Add chili paste if desired.
  10. Mix everything and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
