Fried Vegetables with Soy Sauce

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 200 g
  • Green beans – 150 g
  • Champignons – 100 g
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1-2 pods
  • Red onion – 1 pc.
  • Soybean oil – 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. The products for the recipe are in front of you.
  2. Wash cauliflower, disassemble into inflorescences.
  3. Wash the beans, cut them into small pieces.
  4. Rinse the mushrooms, cut them into slices.
  5. Peel the carrots, wash, cut into cubes. Peel the onion, wash, cut into half rings.
  6. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stalks and seeds, cut into pieces.
  7. Preheat a frying pan, add oil. Put carrots and mushrooms in hot oil. Fry carrots and mushrooms in a pan in oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, over medium heat.
  8. Then add the rest of the vegetables. Mix.
  9. Fry vegetables until tender over low heat, covered (10-15 minutes).
  10. Mix the vinegar and soy sauce. Pour vegetables with soy sauce mixed with rice vinegar, stir, remove from heat.
  11. Fried vegetables with soy sauce are ready.
  12. Cool vegetables slightly and arrange on plates.
