Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillet (s) (approx. 150 g each)
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 1 grapefruit (s)
  • 1 head Frisée salad
  • some olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some salt and pepper
  • some ginger, possibly
  • N / A soy sauce

Fried Salmon on Frisée with Avocado and Grapefruit

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and spin dry the lettuce. Fillet the grapefruit, prepare the avocado and cut into thin wedges.
  2. Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and fry on each side in a little oil for 1 - 2 minutes depending on the thickness in a hot pan. Take the pan off the heat and let the fish simmer. At the end the salmon should be juicy to translucent inside.
  3. Make a dressing from the olive oil with salt, pepper, the beaten grapefruit juice, chopped garlic and - if you like - some chopped ginger. I like to replace the salt with some soy sauce.
  4. Spread the lettuce on two plates, pour the dressing on top and spread the grapefruit fillets and the avocado wedges on top. Finally, place the still warm salmon on the salad and serve.
