  • 250 g spaetzle
  • 1 point ham, diced
  • 2 egg (s)
  • Parmesan
  • milk
  • salt
  • oil
  • marjoram
  • parsley
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaetzle. Meanwhile, fry the ham in oil. Beat the eggs in a cup and season with the herbs, pepper and marjoram. When the spaetzle are ready, drain and add to the pan with the ham. Fry this briefly, then cover the bottom of the pan with milk and add the egg mixture. Now cook until there is no more milk to be seen and sprinkle with parmesan.
  2. Tip: Add some grated cheese when serving.
