Ingredients

  • 250 g blackberries, frozen or fresh, also raspberries, mixed berries
  • 200 g cream
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 300 g quark
  • 125 g biscuit (s) (amaretti)

Instructions

  1. Let the frozen berries thaw a little.
  2. Puree the berries with the hand blender. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff and fold into the quark. Crumble the amaretti biscuits. Layer alternately berry puree, cream quark and biscuits in 4 glasses
  3. If the berry puree is too sour, add a little sugar to taste.
  4. Chill for 1 hour before consumption.
