Fruit Salad with Gooseberries and Flax Seeds “Champion of Benefit”

Fruit salad with gooseberry and flaxseed is a dish that has few health benefits. The fruit and berry salad tastes very good – sweet bananas perfectly complement the sour gooseberries and black currants.

Ingredients

  • Gooseberry – 70 g
  • Sweet cherry – 50 g
  • Black currant – 30 g
  • Banana – 50 g
  • Fermented baked milk (or unsweetened yogurt) – 50 ml
  • Strawberry syrup (or liqueur) – 10 ml
  • Flax seeds – 7 g
  • Fresh mint – 1 sprig

It can be a quick breakfast, or an afternoon snack, as well as such a gooseberry salad, which can be made for dinner.

You can use frozen currants for salad.

Directions

  1. Cut the banana into thin slices. The layout on a plate.
  2. Cut the gooseberries into rugs. For this we use a sharp knife, otherwise, you can simply crush the berries.
  3. We cut each cherry fruit, take out the pit, divide the cherry into halves. Spread the cherries evenly over the bananas and gooseberries.
  4. We distribute the black currant berries.
  5. We will use fermented baked milk as a light dressing. We pour berries and fruits with it.
  6. Pour in some syrup or liquor.
  7. Sprinkle the prepared salad with flax seeds.
  8. Decorate the fruit salad with gooseberries and flax seeds with mint leaves.
