- 30 ml lemon juice
- 400 g quark
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 9 chocolate kisses
- 1 cup yogurt
- Chocolate flakes
- some lemon balm leaves

- Peel the bananas, mash them with a fork and drizzle with lemon juice. Stir the quark in a bowl until smooth and fold in the banana puree. Flavor the mixture with the vanilla sugar. Separate the chocolate kisses from the waffles, crush the chocolate coating a little and stir into the quark with the foam mixture. Finally stir in the yoghurt and season to taste again.
- Arrange, garnish with lemon balm leaves and the waffle bases and serve immediately.
