Ingredients

  • 150 g low-fat quark
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled vanilla sugar for the cream
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream, (spray cream)
  • 1 shot mineral water
  • 200 g fruit your choice
  • 1 tablespoon almond (s), whole with skin (approx. 6 pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled vanilla sugar for the topping
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, neutral, e.g. rapeseed oil
  • Chocolate, dark

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with vanilla sugar, cinnamon, whipped cream and mineral water until creamy. If you like it sweeter, you can artificially sweeten it.
  2. Heat the oil, vanilla sugar and almonds in a non-stick pan until the sugar has melted (caution: do not let it get too hot!).
  3. Put the quark in a bowl, pour the prepared fruit over it according to taste and season and top with the crispy topping.
  4. For decoration you can put some cinnamon or cocoa powder over it. Refined people use a peeler to slice a few flakes of dark chocolate on top or in the quark.
  5. The whole thing is a protein-rich, healthy meal with important fatty acids. Also good to take to work and can be used as breakfast, lunch or dinner when dieting.
