Ingredients
- 1 glass couscous, grainier
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 1 large tomato (s)
- 1 cup watermelon (s), cut into pieces, pitted
- 1 bunch parsley
- some mint
- some olive oil
- 1 lime (s)
- some salt and pepper
- possibly chilli
- possibly garlic, finely chopped

- Put the glass of couscous in a bowl and add a glass of warm water. Let sources.
- Cut the vegetables into small cubes. The melon must also be pitted. Finely chop the parsley and mint and add.
- When the couscous is swollen, crumble and add to the vegetables. Finally add the lime juice and season with salt, pepper and chilli.
- Chill until serving.
