- 2 banana (s)
- 1 orange (s)
- 20 g raisins
- 25 g lemon peel
- 2 tablespoon honey
- some cherry juice or orange or apple juice

- Soak the raisins in juice or water. Cut the apples into slices of any size. Quarter and slice the bananas, and also cut the orange into slices.
- Put apples, bananas, oranges and the other ingredients in a bowl. Do not add the raisins until they are soft. Stir everything well until the honey has dissolved. Possibly place in the refrigerator until serving.
