Ingredients

  • 1 melon (s) (watermelon)
  • 200 g tanerine (s) (e.. 1 small lass from Natreen)
  • 200 g pineapple (fresh or lass)
  • 200 g peach (s) (e.. 1 small lass from Natreen)
  • 150 g suar (rock candy)

Instructions

  1. Bring about 1 liter of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add rock sugar and let it melt in it. Then put the sugar water in a bowl and let cool.
  2. Wash and dry the melon thoroughly. Carve and decorate the shell of the melon in any pattern (see also my pictures here if uploaded, otherwise the patterns are left to the imagination). Cut the melon about 3 cm below the base of the stem (do not throw away the lid). Then cut the melon a little flat at the bottom so that it stands well.
  3. Carefully remove the melon flesh and remove the stones. Do not damage the melon skin. Cut part of the melon meat (amount as desired) with the remaining fruits into small pieces.
  4. Then put the fruits in the melon peel and place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Pour as much of the sugar water into the melon as you want.
  5. Put the melon lid back on and serve the melon.
