Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta, fork spahetti
  • 1 small can Mandarine (s) (collect some juice for the salad dressing)
  • 1 small Can (s) mushrooms, poured off
  • 1 small Glass asparagus (heads), poured off
  • mayonnaise
  • sugar
  • some cucumber liquid
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta, drain and let cool.
  2. In the meantime, drain the mandarins (save the juice), asparagus heads and mushrooms. Cut the asparagus into small pieces
  3. Season the mayonnaise with sugar, pepper and a little tangerine juice and cucumber juice to make a delicious sauce. Oh yes, add some salt, but only a little.
  4. Mix everything together and season to taste again. The salad should have a fruity, sweet and sour note.
  5. Let the salad stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
