  • 3 dl milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. I make it easy for myself. Since I have a BBA I put everything in except the egg and enter the dough program. Wait until the dough is ready after about 1:30 hours and then make a braid of 4 out of it. Beat the egg and brush the braid.
  2. In the meantime, I switched my oven to a fan oven and preheated the temperature to 200 degrees. Now bake the braid for 30 minutes. Don`t worry, if it gets a little dark, it`s just the egg.
  3. You can also use a hearty topping, jam or honey. You can also just dip it in your coffee.
  4. For those who do not have a BBA, prepare a yeast dough, let it rise twice as much and then continue as already mentioned.
  5. You can also make it out of three strands.
