Ingredients
- 1 baguette (s), 5 cm
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 1 small tomato (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 shallot (s)
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 ½ tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 slice (s) sausage, cold cuts (e.g. mortadella, boiled ham, )
- salt and pepper

- Peel the garlic clove and shallot and cut into small cubes. Mix with the mayonnaise and tomato paste and let steep (season with salt and pepper if necessary). In the meantime, halve the baguette lengthways and cut the tomato into slices. Now coat the baguette with the tomato paste mayonnaise on both halves and cover with the lettuce leaf, cold cuts and tomato slices in the order in which they are. Close and you`re done! Good Appetite!
