Ingredients
- 500 g quark, 20% fat
- 2 banana (s), ripe
- 1 passion fruit
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml passion fruit nectar
- Liquid sweetener
- 1 packet biscuit (coconut)

- Mash the bananas into puree and stir in a bowl with the quark. Halve the passion fruit and scrape out the pulp with a teaspoon and also add to the quark.
- Mix the fruit quark with the liquid cream (alternatively reduced-calorie Cremefine for whipping) and the passion fruit nectar until creamy. If it is still too firm, use a little more liquid. Then sweeten with the sweetener to taste.
- Prepare 6 dessert glasses. Crumble the coconut coarsely and pour a layer into the dessert glass, then a layer of quark cream. Repeat until the cream is used up. If necessary, decorate with fruit or biscuits and refrigerate until you enjoy them.
