Ingredients

  • 2 bulbs garlic, red
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, light
  • 4 tablespoon yogurt 1.5%, or more
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch (s) herbs, mixed, Italian
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the garlic bulbs and put them through the garlic press. Use only the squeezed garlic mixture.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt and crème fraîche and season with a pinch of Italian herb mixture and salt.
  3. Now pour the sauce into a glass and store in the refrigerator.
