Ingredients
- 100 g wild arlic
- 250 g herder cheese, reduced fat
- 250 g liht cream cheese
- 100 ml cremefine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Liquid sweetener

- Cut the wild garlic leaves into strips and the herder`s cheese into small cubes. Put both together in a tall mixing bowl.
- Add the cremefine, cream cheese and olive oil and puree vigorously with a hand blender until it becomes a fine, homogeneous cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a dash of sweetener.
- Very tasty for dipping with ciabatta or vegetable strips.
