Ingredients

  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • 4 teaspoons butter, cold (must be really cold)
  • 80 g Goronzola, mild
  • basil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Bring the chicken broth to the boil and reduce a little. Thicken with the cold butter. Crumble in the Gorgonzola and let it dissolve. Season well with the spices.
  2. It doesn`t get a lot of sauce and it`s not very thick either. But very tasty, so that you only need very little. This makes 3 pts per person.
  3. It goes well with pasta, dumplings or gnocchis!
  4. Please do not be surprised, there is really not a lot of sauce but completely sufficient!
