  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g Goronzola, diced
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté the diced onion in butter. Pour in the whipped cream and milk. Melt the gorgonzola in this sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Finally stir in the walnuts and chopped parsley.
