Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, e.. penne
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 g Goronzola
  • 50 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped chives, frozen

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cheese finely.
  2. Briefly bring the milk to the boil over low heat. Add the cheese and melt while stirring. Add walnuts.
  3. Season to taste with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Finally, just before serving, stir in the chives.
  5. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  6. Fold the sauce into the pasta and serve.
