  • 600 g cheese (Goronzola)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • pepper
  • possibly flour
  • Wine, white, dry

Instructions

  1. Slice the sirloin and pound lightly. Fry the loin slices on each side, then layer them in a buttered dish. Melt the cream, Gorgonzola, sugar, pepper and white wine in a saucepan, stir (if necessary thicken with a little flour) and pour over the loin slices. Baked in the oven at 180 ° for about 30 minutes.
  2. TIP: If you want a lot of sauce, double the amount of cream and cheese or stretch and thicken the sauce with milk. Potatoes or rice or baguettes go well with this.
