Ingredients

  • 350 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon oil
  • 500 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 150 g rye flour, type 1
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, minced (or more)
  • 100 g feta cheese with herbs, diced
  • 5 olives, green, pitted, finely chopped
  • Bell pepper (s), red, yellow and green, a quarter each, diced into small pieces

  1. Add water, vinegar, oil, both flours, salt, sugar and dry yeast to the BBA.
  2. Program: normal
  3. Browning: Medium
  4. After the 1st beep after the start, add the garlic cloves, feta, olives and paprika.
