  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon herbs Provence
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients together in the food processor with knife insert and let run until the garlic has integrated into the creamy mass. To taste. The margarine can then be filled into a container of your choice. It can then be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
  2. The herbs can of course also be exchanged. Rosemary and oregano do well in it, as do dill and chives.
