Ingredients
- 8 medium potato (s), waxy
- 40 g butter, melted
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
- 15 g butter
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoon parsley, smooth, dried or fresh
- 20 g cheese, (Romano), rated, or as desired

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and briefly melt the 40 g butter in the microwave.
- Peel the potatoes and slice them into 4mm thick slices with a vegetable slicer. Put these in a bowl, add the butter, salt and pepper and mix with your hands. Now layer the potato slices in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until they are golden brown in color.
- In the meantime, heat the remaining butter in a pan. Sauté the garlic in it, add the parsley, stir in and remove from the heat.
- When the potatoes are ready, take them out of the oven. Spread the garlic and parsley mixture on top, sprinkle with the cheese and serve.
