Ingredients

  • 20 large prawns, prepared (peeled)
  • 50 g olives, cut into rins
  • 1 red pepper (s), finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, cut into thin rings
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chilli, to taste
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Roast the garlic and diced paprika in it.
  2. Add the prawns and fry for approx. 2 minutes on each side, reduce the heat.
  3. Add olive slices. Add parsley.
  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chilli and lemon juice.
