- 1 organic lemon (s)
- 3 organic orange (s)

- Mix the freshly grated ginger with the zest of lemon and sugar in a bowl. Leave to stand for about 1/2 to 1 hour until all of the sugar has been absorbed and a paste-like mass has formed.
- Now add the lemon juice. Add the juice of the oranges, preferably with the pulp. Fill into small bottles and briefly boil them closed once.
- Store in the refrigerator, lasts about 2 weeks.
