  • 2 carrot (s), orange (approx. 160 g)
  • 2 carrot (s), purple (approx. 100g)
  • 60 g butter
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the carrots. Boil in salted water for about 10 minutes and then drain.
  2. Melt the butter and fry the carrots in it. Add the sugar and glaze the carrots for about 10 minutes while turning. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. Arrange and serve as a side dish.
