Ingredients

  • 12 pork schnitzel
  • 750 g onion (s)
  • 1 glass mushrooms (480 g)
  • 300 g cooked ham
  • 150 g ham, raw
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • flour for turning
  • oil for frying
  • some butter, melt it

Instructions

  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper and turn in flour. Fry them in heated oil and layer them side by side in a large baking dish. Mix the sour cream and whipped cream.
  2. Peel the onions, cut into slices and sauté in melted butter. Add the mushrooms. Dice the ham and add to the onions. Then distribute this mixture over the schnitzel and pour the whipped cream on top.
  3. Let the whole thing in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Then cook in the oven for about an hour: top / bottom heat: approx. 200 ° C (preheated), circulating air: approx. 180 ° C (not preheated) or gas: level 3 - 4 (preheated).
  4. A baguette, rice or fried potatoes can easily be served as a side dish.
