Ingredients

  • 350 g chicken fillet (s) (inner fillet)
  • 500 g nocchi
  • Salt water
  • 300 g chanterelles (frozen)
  • 3 handfuls peas (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon bacon, diced
  • 1 packet processed cheese
  • 3 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons broth, grained
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons lard (crackling lard)
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces (like sliced meat) and soak in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce for a few minutes (about as long as it takes to cut the onion / garlic and heat the pan).
  2. Heat a little oil or butter etc. in a pan and add the meat with the marinade completely to the pan and simmer until it is done, but do not brown. Then add 2 - 3 teaspoons of crackling lard and sizzle a little more. Then add the chopped spring onion, bacon and garlic.
  3. Then add the chanterelles. The mushrooms still give off liquid, simmer in this a little. Add about two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. Now add the peas and the granulated broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. In the meantime, cook the gnocchi in salted water. When they get upstairs, take them out and set them aside.
  5. Put the processed and cream cheese in the simmering sauce and let it thicken (take until it is thick enough for you, you don`t have to take the whole package, I don`t have either). Season again with salt, pepper and possibly crackling lard (1 teaspoon, to taste). Mix in the gnocchi and serve.
