  • 2 leeks
  • 400 g Goronzola
  • 500 g rapes
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry sheets, lay them lightly on top of each other, roll them out and place on a baking sheet, press down the edges a little and prebake at 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes until the base is golden yellow.
  2. Cut the leek into fine rings. Halve and core the grapes. Chop the gorgonzola. Put these ingredients on the pre-baked puff pastry. Mix the eggs, cream and milk together well, season well with pepper, salt and nutmeg and pour onto the cake. Put the tray back in the oven and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
