Ingredients
- 10 g butter
- 30 g cashew nuts
- 20 g pine nuts
- 6 half walnuts
- 6 tablespoon oat flakes, crunchy
- 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown or bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 handful raisins

- Heat the butter in the pan and roast the nut mixture over a low heat until it is golden brown. Add the oat flakes and toast them (approx. 5 minutes). Add honey and sugar and caramelize while stirring constantly. Finally, toast the raisins. Put the mixture on a plate to cool.
- Tip:
- It is important that you be patient while preparing it, as the nuts can burn very quickly. They only take on this beautiful golden brown color by slowly roasting them. The entire kitchen smells wonderfully of caramelized nuts - just like at the Christmas market.
