- 1 sachet instant dry yeast (fast-acting) (1 tbsp)
- 375 g flour (preferably bread, with a high gluten content)
- 75 g sour cream
- 100 g brown sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 g butter
- 50 g cocoa
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 20 g crackers
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 250 g milk or dark chocolate
- 1 egg white for lubrication
Directions
- I didn’t have 250 g of chocolate in my house, but I needed the oven right now. I took what was – chocolate cream from a can, and it turned out very tasty. Next time, I’ll prepare in advance and use chocolate as directed in the recipe.
