- 195 g silver onion (s) (lass onions)
- 195 g meat sausae
- 195 g Gouda cheese
- some brew from the onion jar
- some oil
- salt and pepper
- possibly lemon juice

- Put glass onions with a little stock in a bowl. Cut the cheese and sausage into small cubes and add to the glass onions with a little oil. Season everything with salt, pepper and lemon.
- It is best to let it steep for a while, then it tastes best.
