Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 2 egg (s)
- Fat for the shape
- 50 g butter
- 0.25 liter ¼ cream
- 50 g cheese, rated

- Wash the cauliflower and cut into florets, then cook in lightly salted water until firm to the bite.
- Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and nutmeg and 1 egg and season to taste.
- Put the cauliflower in a greased baking dish and top with flakes of butter. Spread the mince on top. Mix the cream with the egg and cheese and pour over it as well.
- Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
