Grandma`s Spoon Sparrows

Ingredients

400 g flour
1 egg (s)
1 teaspoon salt
300 ml water

Instructions

Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the salt.
Add the water and the egg and beat with a wooden spoon until the batter starts to bubble. Then let it soak for a few minutes.
Cut off the sparrows with a teaspoon and slide them directly into boiling salted water.
When the sparrows swim to the surface, they`re done.
Go very well with goulash, roulades and anything with a lot of sauce.
