Ingredients

  • 3 large onions, cut into strips
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil or sunflower oil
  • 3 bell peppers, red, cut into strips
  • 500 g sausae (e.. Jadwurst, Bockwurst, ham, salami), sections it
  • 1 ½ liter broth
  • Tomato ketchup to thicken
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Spice grains
  • 7 pickled cucumber (s), finely chopped
  • Tomato paste to thicken
  • Pepper-grains

Instructions

  1. Heat the onion strips in a saucepan with a little oil. Also add the paprika strips and chopped sausage sections. Pour the broth over everything. Thicken with tomato ketchup and tomato paste - depending on your taste. Now add the bay leaves, spices and peppercorns. Finally add the finely chopped pickles. Let everything simmer over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
