Ingredients
- 500 g potato noodles
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow or orange
- 1 broccoli
- 1 zucchini
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 tablespoon marjoram
- salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil

- Wash the vegetables and cut them into pieces, slightly smaller than the potato noodles.
- Heat rapeseed oil, enough to cover the entire bottom of the pan, in a large pan over 2/3 heat. Add the vegetables and cook for about 8 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add the potato noodles and cook for another 8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Season with marjoram, salt and pepper and serve.
