Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 40 g butter
  • 30 grams flour
  • 0.25 liter ¼ white wine, dry
  • 0.5 liter ½ chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 400 ml cream
  • 40 grapes, seedless, white
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion very finely, sauté with 30 g butter and the flour. Add the white wine, the stock and the cream and cook for 5 minutes. Mix the soup and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Heat 10 g butter in a pan and caramelize the grapes in it.
  2. Distribute the grapes on soup plates and pour the soup over them. Garnish with parsley.
